BYD inks agreement with SDM to penetrate Malaysia’s passenger car market with its NEVs
On September 28, 2022, Sime Darby Motors Malaysia (SDM) has signed a distribution agreement with BYD, the world's leading new energy vehicle (NEV) maker. The agreement officially marks the entry of BYD’s EVs for Malaysian passenger car market and will see SDM distributing BYD's ATTO 3 and new e6 models.
