Qualcomm offers USD 4.6 billion to acquire Veoneer, 18.4% more than Magna
Semiconductor-maker Qualcomm Inc. announced it has submitted an offer to acquire Veoneer for USD 37.00 per share in an all-cash transaction, working out to USD 4.6 billion, an 18.4% premium to a bid by Magna International Inc. Canada's Magna had offered to buy Veoneer in July for approximately USD 3.8 billion in cash....
