On May 20, 2021, Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. announced it will temporarily suspend production at Shiga (Ryuo) Plant No.2, due to the impact of semiconductor supply shortages.
The plant, producing Rocky, Tanto, and others, will suspend production for a day on June 14, 2021.
Other plants will be operated.
