GM to idle Wentzville plant, extend Lansing plant shutdown due to chip shortage
On March 24, General Motors announced that due to the ongoing shortage of semiconductor chips, its Wentzville Assembly plant in Missouri, will suspend production of the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon pickups from March 29 through April 5.
