GM Defense awarded USD 214.3 million to produce U.S. Army vehicles based on Colorado
On June 27, GM Defense LLC, a subsidiary of General Motors, announced it has been awarded the production contract to build, field and sustain the U.S. Army’s new Infantry Squad Vehicle (ISV) based on the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 midsize truck architecture with 90% commercial off-the-shelf parts.
