Miba announced that Miba Automation Systems (MAS) has taken over a 49 percent share in the Burgenland machine builder "SEP Automation". With the investment, Miba Automation Systems wants to expand its market towards Eastern Austria. On the other hand, the northern part of Burgenland is an interesting region for finding specialists for planned further growth. The stake is initially 49 percent, but can be increased to 100 percent within three years. MAS has grown strongly in recent years - especially with new customers in the wind industry and in electric mobility.
