Mahindra Roxor found by U.S. judge to infringe on Jeep design cues, recommends sales stop
On November 26, a U.S. federal judge ruled Mahindra should stop building the Roxor all-terrain in the U.S. because it looks too much like a Jeep Wrangler.
The 96-page decision by Administrative Law Judge Cameron Elliot recommends an order preventing Mahindra from making, selling, and importing more parts for Roxors.
