The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is investigating complaints that the Nissan Rogue's automatic emergency braking (AEB) can turn on when no obstacle is in the way, and could seek a recall.
The probe covers approximately 554,000 Rogue SUVs from the 2017 and 2018 model years.
