U.S. National Transportation Safety Board links third death to Tesla’s autopilot
On May 16, Federal investigators said that Tesla's autopilot system has been connected to a Model 3 accident in Florida in March, when the vehicle crashed into a semi-truck travelling 68 mph on a road with a speed limit of 55 mph.
