Mexico, European Union reach updated free trade agreement
On April 21, the European Union and Mexico announced that they have agreed in principal on updates to their 18-year-old free trade agreement.
Practically all trade in goods between the EU and Mexico will now be duty-free, including in the agricultural sector.
