Consumer Reports rates Toyota, Lexus brands highest in 2017 Car Reliability Survey
On October 19, Consumer Reports released its 2017 Car Reliability Survey of 27 brands sold in the U.S.
Toyota received the top ranking with an average reliability score of 80, while Lexus moved to second place with a score of 77, as the two brands essentially switched positions from the 2016 survey.
