February vehicle sales in Thailand up 19.9%, February production down 7.2%

According to MarkLines Data Center, February vehicle sales in Thailand increased 19.9% year on year to 68,435 units.
By brand sales in February, Toyota was up 38.9% to 21,532 units. Isuzu was up 1.3% to 12,326 units and Honda was up 20.4% to 9,707 units. Mitsubishi sales were up 7.2% to 5,214 units, and Nissan sales were up 21.0% to 4,357 units.
By body type, passenger cars were up 49.8% year over year to 26,702 units thanks to active launches of new models by carmakers.
Commercial vehicle sales were up 6.3% to 41,733 units. Pickup sales included in the commercial vehicle sales were up 9.8% to 34,480 units.
New vehicle production in February decreased 7.2% to 154,496 units, while exports decreased 6.2% to 98,237 units.
