Autonomous car development center breaks ground in Michigan
On November 21, state officials broke ground for the new test track at the American Center for Mobility in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
The 311-acre testing ground for connected and autonomous vehicles will open in December 2017, enabling auto manufacturers and others to use the facility's simulated highway test loop.
