Liquidation
-The Company announced in August 2014 that it would Guizhou Xiangliu Shenyi Rubber Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company. As of 2014, the Company was still in the liquidation procedures.
Contracts
-Guiyang Wanjiang Aviation Electromechanical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, announced that it won a contract from Deltamix, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of STAM-SANAT, an Iranian auto parts supplier. It will provide wiper arms for the Peugeot 206, and wiper blades for both the Peugeot 405 and the Kia Pride. These vehicles will be sold in Iran. Guiyang Wanjiang Aviation Electromechanical has also reached an agreement with Iran Khodro Company (IKCO), under which it will deliver 60,000 rear wiper motors for the Peugeot 206 in 2015.
