Astra Otoparts to acquire 51% of shares in Indonesian wheel manufacturer PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk and Indonesia-based PT. Pakoakuina have signed an agreement which Astra Otoparts plans to acquire 51 percent shares of Pakoauina by buying minority shareholders' shares and all new shares of Pakoakuina.
