Benecke-Kaliko AG announced the intention to sell its 84.8% holding in Benoac Fertigteile GmbH, Germany, to Johnson Controls. Johnson Controls will hold an 89.6% interest by acquiring additional shares owned by Benecke. The transfer of the shares is to be completed by the middle of 2010. Another co-owner is the Japan....
