Varroc Engineering Limited, India to discontinue manufacturing and testing operations in Italy
On September 30, Varroc Engineering announced that its step-down subsidiary, Varroc Italy S.p.A., will discontinue manufacturing, laboratory, and testing activities in Italy from January 2027. The company will retain sales operations and part of its R&D functions.
