Endurance Technologies, India to acquire remaining 32% stake in German entities
On September 29, Endurance Technologies' wholly owned Italian subsidiary, Endurance Overseas SpA, agreed to acquire the remaining 32% stake in Germany’s Stöferle Automotive GmbH and Stöferle GmbH for EUR 18 million in cash.
