CMD, Italy, announces acquisition proposal from EDGE Group, UAE
On May 14, Costruzioni Motori Diesel S.p.A. (CMD) announced that it has received an acquisition proposal from EDGE Group, a company founded in 2019 and based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The proposal provides for the acquisition of a controlling interest. CMD also signed the preliminary settlement agreement.
