Luxshare, China, increases shareholding in Leoni AG
On April 30, Leoni AG announced that Luxshare has increased its shareholding in Leoni AG by acquiring an additional 24.8% stake from co-owner Stefan Pierer. Previously holding 50.1%, Luxshare now owns 74.9% of Leoni AG’s shares. Stefan Pierer retains a 25.1% stake in Leoni AG and will continue to support the company ....
