Sokon, Algeria, to start assembly of vehicles in coming months
On April 6, the Governor of Batna Province visited the construction site of the Sokon factory, which will assemble cars, trucks, and buses. The first of the three planned production lines is expected to be completed by the end of this summer. The project will create 450 permanent jobs, along with 900 temporary jobs.
