Exide, India, invests INR 4.5 billion in Exide Energy Solutions Limited
On March 25, Exide Industries Limited invested INR 4.5 billion by way of subscription in the equity share capital of its wholly owned subsidiary, "Exide Energy Solutions Limited" (EESL), on a rights basis. With this investment, the total investment made by the company in EESL stands at INR 48 billion.
