Toyota investing USD 1 billion in Kentucky, Indiana plants to produce 3 EVs, more Grand Highlanders
On March 23, Toyota announced it will be spending USD 1 billion at the Georgetown, Kentucky and Princeton, Indiana assembly plants to build at least three new EVs, including a pair of previously announced three-row EVs, as well as increase output of one of its popular ICE-powered three-row crossovers.
