Aptera closes USD 9 million public offering to further solar-powered vehicle
On January 23, California-based Aptera Motors announced the closing of its public offering for the purchase of 4,500,000 shares of its Class B common stock, at USD 2.00 per share, together with common stock warrants to purchase up to 4,500,000 shares of Class B common stock, also for USD 2 per share.
