U.S. OEMS call tariffs on their vehicles unfair
On July 23, multiple media reported that the American Automotive Policy Council (AAPC), which represents GM, Ford, and Stellantis, on July 22 raised concerns about the new trade deal with Japan that cuts tariffs on auto imports from that country to 15% while leaving tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico at 25%.
