LISI Automotive Nomel sold to ZB Invest; renamed ZB NOMEL
LISI Group (LISI Automotive) has completed the sale of its French subsidiary, LISI Automotive Nomel SAS, to ZB Invest GmbH. Following the transaction, the La Ferté Fresnel (61)-based company will be renamed ZB NOMEL. It generated sales of EUR 35.2 million in 2024, with 188 employees.
