Malaysian govt. denies 30% price increase for CKD cars/motorbikes in 2026
Reported on February 12, 2025, the Malaysian Finance Ministry (MoF) and the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) revealed that reports of CKD locally assembled vehicle/motorcycle prices going up by up to 30% in 2026 are inaccurate.
