Egypt denies plan to curb car imports by 20%
On October 21, the Government of Egypt dismissed reports on issuing a decision to reduce car imports by 20% to become 8,000 cars a month instead of 10,000. The Cabinet Media Center said that it contacted the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade which denied such reports as baseless.
