Genesis Energy to hold 65% stake in ChargeNet; to expand New Zealand’s EV charging network
On October 2, 2024, ChargeNet, New Zealand said the acquisition of a majority shareholding in the company by Genesis Energy would accelerate the launch of the public EV charging network. This supports the government’s goal of having a national network of 10,000 chargers by 2030.
