ATPC to buy 51% stake in Volt Industries; to fund EV charging stations construction in Pahang, Malaysia
Reported on November 8, 2023, Malaysia-based, Nasdaq-listed Agape ATP Corp (ATPC) has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Volt Industries Sdn Bhd to finance the construction of 50 EV charging stations in Pahang, Malaysia. ATPC said this project will be funded privately, with no government subsidies.
