GM’s Ultium Cells receives USD 270,091 fine from OSHA over safety violations
On October 12, U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced that it found 19 safety and health violations, including 17 that were considered "serious," at Ultium Cells LLC's battery plant in Warren, Ohio, and is fining Ultium Cells LLC USD 270,091.
