Kia has just announced the price for the all-new, 2024 model year EV9 for the US market, which starts at USD 54,900 before any applicable fees or taxes.
Standard equipment includes DC-fast-charging capability, seating for up to seven passengers, synthetic leather upholstery, 19-inch alloy wheels, and a permanent magnet synchronous motor that cranks out 215-horsepower and 25 lb-ft. of torque.
The vehicle is slated to appear in showrooms in Q4 2024.
It is the first KIA EV to be assembled in North America, and will ride on the E-GMP platform.
Specifics on timing and geographical roll-out are not yet being provided by the OEM.
