Sales tax exemption for new vehicles in Malaysia extended to June 30, 2022
On October 29, 2021, Malaysia Finance Minister announced that sales tax (SST) exemption of 100% will be extended for Completely Knocked Down (CKD) passenger vehicles and 50% on Completely Built Up (CBUs) vehicles, including MPVs and SUVs for 6 months until June 30, 2022, marked as one of the highlights of Budget 2022....
