Infiniti to suspend QX50 output at COMPAS plant in June due to microchip shortage
On May 14, Infiniti confirmed it will be idling production of the QX50 compact crossover at the COMPAS plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico, in June because of the global semiconductor shortage.
An Infiniti spokesman confirmed the stoppage in Mexico, as well as that of the Q50 sedan in Japan.
