Delfingen, France to acquire Schlemmer’s European and African business
On July 17, Delfingen entered into exclusive negotiation for the acquisition of Schlemmer’s activities in Europe/Africa.
The acquired perimeter would represent a turnover of around EUR 100 million, 1,000 people and 5 plants in Germany, Romania, Russia, Morocco and Tunisia. The two latter plants are joint ventures.
