Tesla labels Cybertruck a Class 2B-3 medium truck
On December 9, in a letter to the California Air Resources Board, Tesla said that its recently shown Cybertruck should very likely qualify as a “Class 2B-3” medium-duty vehicle for emission standards purposes as the company expects it to have a towing capacity of 7,500-14,000+ lbs.
