HIPA informed that NHK Spring has tripled the size of its first European unit at Tata with an investment of EUR 84 million. The second production hall of NHK Spring was been completed in Tata nearly three years after the inauguration of the first one. NHK manufactures automotive suspension springs at Tata plant. With the second hall, NHK was able to create 163 new workplaces. The decision to establish the first European unit of NHK Spring was made in March 2015, and the hall built from a EUR 35 million investment was handed over in 2016 already.
