On May 28, American Honda announced it will voluntarily recall 1,082 model-year 2017-2018 Clarity Fuel Cell vehicles in the U.S. to replace the electric water pump that cools the fuel cell stack, which may corrode after prolonged contact with the cooling water, eventually becoming inoperable.
