Shangdong to implement State VI emission standards starting July 1, 2019
On February 12, the government of Shandong Province released an action plan to prevent diesel truck pollution. Shandong aims to achieve the following goals by 2020:
A pass rate of over 95% for emission spot checks of diesel vehicles being used;
Eliminate black smoke from the exhaust pipe;
Fade out diesel trucks below....
