Chinese government to raise import tariff on USD 34 billion worth of U.S. products including vehicles
On June 16 the Chinese government announced that it will raise the import tariff on 659 products imported from the U.S. (with a totaled value of approximately USD 50 billion) to 25%. For about 34 billion-products, this policy will be effective from July 6, 2018.
