On June 10 Zhejiang Jihekang Electric Vehicle Sales Co., Ltd. (Jihekang), a subsidiary of Kandi Electric Vehicles Group Co., Ltd. (Kandi), signed a purchase-sale framework agreement with Sportsman Country, LLC. (Sportman)
Kandi plans to deliver sample cars of the U.S. version of the EX3 and K22 to America on August 10, 2018 for initial preparation and marketing.
Sportsman will take care of all the relevant formalities for Kandi’s business in the U.S. Specific purchase orders will be signed later after completion of all preparation work.
