Israeli, Chinese JV Arkal-Hirosawa to open USD 10 million plant in Leon, Mexico
Chinese manufacturer Hiroca Holdings announced that it will establish a joint venture in Leon, Mexico for production of automotive plastic parts in partnership with Israel-based Arkal Automotive. Hiroca will invest USD 4 million through its subsidiary Aocheng Group to hold a 40% stake in the joint venture tentatively....
