Top 10 best-selling vehicles in U.S. in 2017

The trend towards crossovers and trucks and away from passenger cars was evident in full-year U.S. sales figures for 2017, which were down 1.8% from 2016 levels to 17,230,436 units.
Truck and SUV sales for 2017 were up 4.3% to 10,897,511 units, while passenger car sales were down 10.9% to 6,332,925 units.
