Sandhar Technologies forms JV with Jinyong Electro-Mechanics, Korea
On March 22, Sandhar Technologies and Jinyong of South Korea, signed a 50-50 joint venture agreement to manufacture, sell and supply audio AVN panel assemblies and switches in India.
The JV Jinyong Sandhar Mechatronics Pvt. Limited will set up a facility in Chennai and operational by the second half of 2017.
