Minda Corporation to shut down loss making Furukawa JV plant

In its quarterly investor conference call, Minda Corporation limited informed that it is planning to close a loss-making Chennai plant of Minda Furukhawa to bring down the overall raw material cost for the FY 2017-18.
This exit will happen by first quarter 2017 between April to June 2017.
