BorgWarner announced that it is supplying the advanced engine timing system for Alfa Romeo's all-new, all-aluminum 2.0-liter gasoline engine. The engine, which debuts in the new 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia and Giulia Veloce sedans, produces 206 kW (280 HP) of power and 400 Nm of torque, allowing the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.5 seconds, and achieve a top speed of 240 km/h (149 mph).
