New Japan Radio Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nisshinbo Holdings Inc., has developed the NJW4132, a step-up switching regulator IC which can be synchronized with external clocks. The NJW4132 is suitable for use in step-up circuits for car AV devices and for OA and industrial equipment, as well as in power supply circuits for LEDs.
