GM targets six-fold increase in 2022 EV production, 400,000 units by 2023
On February 8, new details sent to automotive suppliers indicate GM plans to increase production of electric trucks and Cadillac sport utility vehicles in 2022 up to 46,000 units, more than six times the previously planned output of 7,000 for the year.
