Automotive mergers and acquisitions up 14.3% in first half of 2017
Global automotive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity increased 14.3% in value during the first half of 2017 to USD 24.4 billion, according to a report by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Operations volume increased 7.4% to 276 deals and the average disclosed deal size increased 7.9% to USD 274.1 million.
