New Company

-Beijing Hainachuan Yanfeng Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, started operations on February 14, 2022. The company is one of the first companies to be established at Beijing Huairou Mausoleum Automobile Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Park. With a site area of 15,700 square meters, it will provide products and services such as cockpit modules mainly to Beijing Benz and others. Orders

-The company announced that its subsidiaries began the supply of products for the Great Wall Motor V61. Inalfa Roof Systems (Beijing) Co., Ltd. will supply sunroof products, while lamps are being provided by Beijing Hella BHAP Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd. (From a press release dated March 26, 2021)

-The company announced that two of its affiliates will supply products for the BEIJING-X7. Specifically, Beijing Hella BHAP Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd. will supply a front combination lamp, while Beijing Haisongyuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. will supply its next-generation 28cc electric compressor. The front combination lamp consists of an array of three modules and uses a small 50X35 millimeter lens and LED light source. Compared to its previous model, the new 28cc electric compressor is said to be 17% smaller and 10% lighter and improves electromagnetic compatibility as well as cooling capacity by 13%. -The company announced that its affiliates will supply several products for the ARCFOX αT electric vehicle (EV). These affiliates include BorgWarner TorqTransfer Systems (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Hainachuan (Binzhou) Lightweight Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Gestamp Auto Components (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., and Beijing Hella BHAP Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd. Strategic cooperation

-Bohai Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, agreed to form a strategic partnership in the field of weight reduction with Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group Co., Ltd. New products

-The company announced that it will display new products in the fields of light weight, electrification, intelligence and connected at the Auto China 2020. In terms of new energy and intelligent connection, the company will exhibit the central intelligent gateway, intelligent driving perception fusion system, intelligent automotive lighting and intelligent sunroof. For electrification, integrated and modular solutions, integrated lightweight battery cases, integrated electric drive systems and integrated high voltage power systems are to be shown. Regarding automotive light weight, the automotive lightweight solutions are to be exhibited via a lightweight integrated demonstration vehicle. Various lightweight products from BHAP were displayed at the show, including shock towers, pistons, instrument panel module brackets and engine cylinder blocks. -The company announced that it has introduced a “clean cockpit” solution to protect the health of vehicle drivers and passengers. The “clean cockpit” integrates an air filtering and purification system with a sterilization system and is able to accurately sense the in-vehicle environment with a highly-sensitive laser PM2.5 sensor. Additionally, the CAN (Controller Area Network) architecture will provide real-time monitoring of in-vehicle air quality through visualized models. The “clean cockpit” is also equipped with a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter and the filter cloth is the same as that used for N95 surgical masks. It will create an in-vehicle environment with more than 4 million anions per cubic centimeter and provide high-efficiency active carbon filtration. With the aforementioned technologies, the “clean cockpit” will realize a sterilization rate of 95% and a safe protection level equal to that of a N95 mask. Exhibition
